Case study · 2025—Present
Turning moments into products.
Building Gabooja as an AI-powered creative and commerce system that helps creators move from an idea to a product launch without managing inventory, production, or fulfillment.

01 · The opportunity
Creators already have the ideas. The machinery around making them real is the problem.
A community joke, a live-stream moment, or a phrase can have immediate cultural energy. Traditional merchandise workflows slow that energy down with design tools, supplier decisions, inventory risk, storefront setup, and fulfillment.
Gabooja's product thesis is to compress those disconnected jobs into one guided system—helping a creator visualize an idea, place it on the right product, launch it, and let the platform handle what happens next.
The creator's job should shift from managing tools and inventory to deciding what deserves to exist.
02 · My contribution
Product direction
Shaping the product thesis, creator journey, feature priorities, and the relationship between creative tools, commerce, and fulfillment.
AI-native creation
Designing assisted workflows that help creators move from a phrase, sketch, or cultural moment to a viable product direction.
End-to-end system
Connecting product design, mockups, pricing, publishing, storefronts, fulfillment, and performance into one operating flow.
Agentic operations
Building an operating model in which AI agents support research, campaign creation, quality review, and platform development alongside the team.
03 · The product system
One continuous path from spark to storefront.
The experience is organized around momentum. Each stage resolves a different source of friction while preserving the creator's control over the idea.
Spark
Begin with an idea, phrase, image, or moment from a community.
Visualize
Use guided creative tools to explore designs and product applications.
Configure
Choose the product, variants, pricing, and campaign presentation.
Launch
Publish the product and let Gabooja handle production and fulfillment.

04 · Beyond generation
A useful AI product must carry the work beyond the prompt.
Image generation is only one moment in the system. The broader product has to help creators evaluate how a design works on a physical object, understand the commercial choices around it, and learn from what happens after launch.

05 · Where it stands
A working platform—and an operating model still being refined.
Gabooja now spans the public brand, Creator Studio, product publishing, storefronts, fulfillment, and the agent-supported workflows behind them. The challenge is no longer whether the pieces can exist, but how coherently and reliably they can behave as one product.
The work remains active. Current iterations focus on reducing creation friction, raising the quality bar of generated outputs, and making the path from an idea to a live product feel increasingly inevitable.
